Annam Health Mix 500g

Ingredients: Roasted Ragi Flour, Roasted Maize Flour, Roasted Wheat Flour, Roasted Red Rice Flour, Roasted Green gram Flour, Fried gram Flour, Roasted Bajra Flour, Roasted Jowar Flour, Roasted Cardamom Flour, Roasted Almond Flour, Roasted Rolled Oats Flour, Rice Flakes Powder.

Method of Preparation:

1. MIX

Take 50g of Annam Health Mix. Add required quantity of milk or water & mix well without any lumps.

2. COOK

Boil this mixture for 2 to 3 minutes and Stir frequent- ly to make porridge.

3. SERVE

Add Sugar or Salt to taste and serve warm.
